The Main Office will be open to accept registration forms for returning students. Families needing assistance submitting fee waiver applications or completing registration paperwork may consult office staff for help. This process is mandatory for all returning students and must be completed over summer break. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to close to ensure you may be assisted.
Families opting to complete their registration forms digitally may download a copy of the packet here. Completed forms should be saved as either a Word document or PDF, and emailed to email@example.com. Please include the student’s name in the subject line. Any incomplete forms will be sent back with comments indicating the remaining required fields.
Registration Fee Waivers
Fee waivers are available to families in need of financial aid. The online portion of the application process can be completed here. Documents confirming the family’s need for financial aid must be brought in to the main office or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Applications without supporting documents will not be considered. Both the online portion of the fee waiver application and the supporting documents must be received no later than 5:00 pm on November 31, 2019.
